AR1890 is the spot near the bottom.  I counted it as two separate groups, but the NOAA said it's one group, and they are the official namer of the Active regions.  NOAA says this spot caused an R4 radio blackout on this date.

Notice how sunspots change over time.  The photo above and the photo to the right are the same active region.  The photos were taken 4 days apart.
